In addition to a comprehensive tour of all campus facilities and in-depth interviews of key faculty and staff, Spanish Por Favor (SPF) actually takes the classes offered to ensure that the company's elevated standards are upheld. A formal review and evaluation of all homestay accomodations is also undertaken.

To help make certain of a well-rounded cultural experience, SPF thoroughly evaluates the surrounding neighborhoods, local attractions, and essential supplementary opportunities.

Quality Assurance Statement
We visit and evaluate each Affiliate Spanish Language School (ASLS). We use many different criteria to classify, evaluate and select each ASLS. The following statements describe our assurance to you.· Our Affiliate Spanish Language Schools have been in business for a minimum of 7 years and have built up a solid reputation.
· Our Affiliate Spanish Language School teachers have university degrees or are presently studying to earn one and/or are trained in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
· Our Affiliate Spanish Language Schools offer Spanish language classes, homestay accommodations, social and cultural activities throughout the year, which will be included in the tuition and/or for a fee.
· Our Affiliate Spanish Language Schools have an appropriately qualified and experienced person on staff, who is responsible for the students' welfare.

Affiliate Spanish Language Schools
What we do is evaluate and select the very best Spanish language schools in Latin America and Spain. It is our policy to personally visit each school we represent. These school are called our Affiliate Spanish Language Schools (ASLS).
Our evaluation includes a tour of the facility, the surrounding neighborhood and local attractions, as well as a formal assessment of the homestay accommodations.
In addition, we interview the management and teaching staff after taking classes to ensure that our standards of excellence are upheld. The ASLS are all located in safe, upper-class, centralized cities in their respective country. They are selected based on three criteria.
1. Experience and expertise of Spanish language teachers.
2. Quality of Spanish language courses, content, and the diversity of specialty language courses.
3. Location, technology, aesthetics, space, facility, and overall impression/feel.
All three criteria must score in the 95th percentile, and have high overall standards to be selected as a Affiliate Spanish Language School.

Excursions and Cultural Experiences
The excursions are a great opportunity to practice the language you are learning, learn more about the city and culture, and to visit areas of the country that you may not discover on your own.
The evenings are shared with your host family and/or discovering the city's nightlife with your fellow students.
Each ASLS has a plethora of resources for day and weekend excursions. The staff love to share their knowledge and make reservations for these excursions and cultural experiences.

Pre-Departure Orientation and Post-Departure Consultation
You will receive a thoughtful orientation session (via phone & email) before and after your Spanish immersion experience. The pre-departure orientation will cover local and cultural issues, what to pack and expect while away, and we will make sure that all of your questions are answered before your departure date.
The post-departure follow up-interview will be brief and entails completion of a satisfaction survey and answering any questions the client might have. We strive to be extremely responsive to your requests before, during and after the Spanish language immersion program.

Highly Qualified and Experienced Spanish Language Teachers
The majority of the Spanish language teachers have earned bachelors degrees and some hold Master's degrees in education. All teachers receive ongoing teacher training throughout the year.
All of the teachers have over two years experience teaching Spanish as a second language and most have over ten years experience.
Teachers may be rotated weekly, but students can choose to stay with the same teacher. Spanish Por Favor recommends that students change at least once every two to three weeks to increase their exposure to different teaching styles and teachers.
All Affiliate Spanish Language Schools teachers are formally reevaluated by the Spanish school every 12 months to ensure a superior level of teaching is maintained.

Multiple Programs and Courses
The Affiliate Spanish Language Schools have multiple courses for the Spanish language beginner, up to the advanced native speaker. There are multiple specialty courses. For example, Spanish for teens and kids, Law Enforcement, Flight Attendant, Artist, Health Professionals, Lawyers, Educators, and others.

Quality Homestay Experiences
All Affiliate Spanish Language Schools have a highly selective process of screening and choosing their homestay families. The families are all native Spanish-speaking people who have chosen to open their lives and homes to accommodate foreign students who want to study abroad and learn Spanish through total immersion education.
The Affiliate Spanish Language Schools perform background checks, home and student evaluations, and 90-day assessments of the homestay family to maintain a high standard of excellence and quality of service.
The following are all included in the homestay fee: private or shared room, house key, two or *three meals a day and *laundry service (*depending on ASLS location).
